No physical product will be shipped, our products are DIGITAL files ONLY. Any mock-ups or products shown with the product are not included in your purchase.
This is a non-refundable and non-returnable item. Please read and understand the product description carefully before making the purchase. If you have any questions please email us at support@smallbizicons.com before making your purchase.
When you purchase your product, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your purchase.
We are not responsible for any viruses that may download onto your device/computer.
We cannot guarantee colour match when you print the items as all printers and monitors vary with their calibrations.
Please note – all items are owned and copyrighted by Small Biz Icons (Elinor Sophia Ltd.). This means you are not entitled, under any circumstances, to resell, reproduce, re-distribute (including freebies and opt-ins) or profit in any way from the design. All our products are for personal use only. You must not share or sell templates, designs or elements included in any shape or form, including digital and or physical format. You do not have permission to claim the designs as your own.

Within 30 days of your purchase: On rare occasions Canva can make updates to their platform. Should, within 30 days of purchase, your editable template no longer function as a direct result of an update from Canva, Small Biz Icons will first attempt to send you an updated version of the template, providing this can be created. Should the creation of an updated version of the template not be available, we will send you a refund instead within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days a refund or updated template will not be provided. You agree to our current Return and Refund Policy at the time of your purchase. Please note, Small Biz Icons holds no responsibility for any changes made by external websites including Canva.
